[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to replace the ink cartridges in my new HP printer.The "set-up" ink was used up.Purchased these new cartridges about a week or so. They arrived in the time stated.Installed and am ready to print till the cows come home....lol .....Very easy installation too..........

The colors are vibrant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before we start, I was holding an older version printer and only recently updated to a HP model. The 962 2-pack is super easy to install - makes my life easier.
I tested different types of paper quality and the ink is always smooth in all the standard thickness papers - even on the bad quality paper stock. Surprising!
Definitely beats my expectations.

Great ink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ink was packaged nicely and was very simple to get installed. The ink fit perfectly. After a quick calibration the printer was up and running. I’ve been able to print several documents and papers. All looked clean and had no problem. I’ve also printed several photos to give the new ink a try and the look fantastic. No color issues or any problems with the ink going on easy or drying. I have had the problem before with other inks. Overall it’s been a great product.

Great quality ink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the 962 ink with my office jet pro 9020 printer. I print a lot of documents but also product labels and different packaging type prints for an online business I have. So I need to ink quality to be great and colors to be vibrant. I had tried using ink refills at one point but ink didnt look as good and didnt last as long. Using the manufacturer ink does last a lot longer than refills. The black ink is very black and rich in color which is what I want when printing documents. Nothings worse than faded looking black ink. It stays a rich black until ink is very low. The color inks I use as well are very full in color and vibrant and do not fade either. I print full color labels often so need them to be accurate and vibrant for customers. Ink quality is definitely there and have never had any issues with the hp ink.

HP Ink is the only ink I like
