Great product

Great product! I have my light grip mat since Christmas 2018, and it is by far one of my favourite mat! I have used it for cutting cardstock and permanent vinyl. Like any other product the more you use it, it is bond to loose it original performance as a brand new product!

I had my mat for about 9 months and it has worked great. I now use the other corner, bottom of the mat, and once that is no longer sticky I will definitely buy another one

I think that the mats in general are far less lasting. Am very disappointing but this mat particuarly.

Light Grip Mat 12 x 12

I'm disappointed with these mats. They just aren't sticky long enough. I clean them with a baby wipe and it helps but after a couple of uses, it's lost its stick again. I wish Cricut would come up with a glue that we can use that won't affect the warranty. I want to restick mine but I don't want to ruin my machine.

I am also disappointed with how fast the stick goes away. I cleaned my blue mat and it did help for a short time but the stick is gone again. Not impressed.

I absolutely love this light-weight mat and I believe it does better with cardstock than the regular mats.

I've used my original mat since I bought my machine about 8 months ago. It has been decently sticky (as you would expect from Light Grip) and I finally need a new one.

Light blue mat

I received my Cricut for Christmas along with the blue mat. I made 4 projects and it has lost its stickiness. I was just thinking new user error, but now after reading reviews I’m wondering. I have to say though I did make a lot of mistakes so it was probably more like 8 projects by the time I got the 4 done.
