Great Features, but quit working after 3 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quit working after 3 weeks! Love the ice maker, freezer and water dispenser. But stop getting cold after 3 weeks, maybe would be 70 degrees in the refrigerator part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the space that a 24 cubic foot refrigerator can accommodate all our food needs. The LED lights in the freezer and refrigerator make it easier to find items. The shelving are large and spacious in the refrigerator. The first shelf can hold gallons of milk, orange juice and other large items. The second shelf is tall enough to hold large containers, I love the middle shelf which goes across the refrigerator in which I can store lunch
meat, cheeses , smaller items etc.. the fourth shelf is as tall as the second shelf. The crispers are very spacious in storing your vegetables. I love the height of the shelving space on the door. You can store large items on the first shelf. The second shelf can accommodate salad dressing Mayonnaise etc. the third shelf on the bottom is good for smaller size items.
Pros: Style/Design
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the space available. I think the lighting in the refrigerator could be better. The top shelf seems dark. The questionable feature is the freezer door. Why someone designed a detent stop in the freezer door is really questionable. What purpose does this serve other than preventing it from automatically shutting? This does not make sense to me. I want my refrigerator and freezer doors to shut automatically so that they don't stay open and make my refrigerator continue to run for no reason. I have never owned a refrigerator/freezer that didn't automatically shut. Very disappointed in this feature. I hope you reconsider to change this to be correct.

Too dark

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lighting at the top and rear of the refrigerator compartment is very poor. The only lights are on the sides near the front. The thick freezer door makes you have to stoop down to see the top items in the refrigerator. For my use the bottom drawers are too deep, leaving the bottom shelf items with little vertical clearance to accommodate tall heavy items like Gallon water jugs. Space above the top shelf is limited by the water filter and control panel on the top.
With the freezer set at max it would not get colder that 13 degrees F, the FDA recommends 0.
On the plus side the ice maker works great and the water filter does a good job cleaning up our less than ideal tap water.
The one year warranty seems short to me for an appliance that should last over a decade.

Very deep

Don't like it at all, bought only because of it's height. My old refrigerator was a freezer on the bottom, which I loved. All other bottom freezer fridges were too tall to fit in my space.
It's extremely deep and I have to bend and kneel just to access the shelves and drawers. Am way too old for that... Not LG's fault, just wish I'd had a better choice.

Can’t find replacement part.

Plastic on top shelf broke and shelf is falling down. Can’t find where to purchase replacement part anywhere. Most distributors don’t even have this fridge existing. Never will buy LG again.
