This unit is average at best. My 17 year old fridge stiil kicks the doors off this machine. The temperature control switches are worthless. Set on high, they do just average. No ice cold anything in the fridge and the freezer can't keep ice cream frozen solid.

Shelf issue

I’ve had this refrigerator a year and a half. It’s a good appliance but there is an issue with the shelf. The shelf is framed with a white plastic or fiberglass, and over time with the cold it’s gets brittle and sure enough it cracked and gave way. The frame cracked in three places and the shelf

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker and water dispenser work great, the refrigerator section is dark. The LEDs are on the sides and once the refrigerator has food inside, the LEDs don't light up the inside very well. LEDs at the top of the refrigerator section would work better.
Even though the refrigerator is leveled, the freezer door doesn't close without assistance. It starts to close, then I think it starts to hit the door closer and stops and bounces back open a bit. A little annoying when taking items out of the freezer to have to go and push on the door to get it to close. It's as if the door closer assist is too powerful for the door. Nothing in the installation instructions to adjust this, any suggestions would be appreciated.
