Overall it worked well but I had issues with the ice maker which got replaced. Its Defrost sensor only lasts for 4-5 years and need to be replaced. I would recommend installing stronger shelves (Non Glass type)

Bought in Sept. 2020 and has worked well until recently. Bought 3 yr. warranty. Recently having issues with ice melting together and refrigerator too warm 45 - 50 F even on coldest setting. Water dripping inside in back of refrigerator. Called warranty company and sent out a tech but didn't do anything but take apart and clean some ice out of back of freezer. The temperature is colder now in refrigerator but still leaking water in the back of refrigerator.

Faulty adhesive of the hose attached to ice maker. Not under warranty and I could not get a repair person to call me back. I ordered the part and can hopefully fix it myself..

We bought this on 2019 as it fit our specific opening. It is slick looking and worked well. We found out, during a fan replacement, that the freezer door did not fully closed as the door hinge was slightly bent. Thank you to the repair guy Ryan for discovering why the door never fully closed and is repairing it tomorrow. Nice frig, freezer, looks, icemaker, water dispenser, compartments. All very nice!
We purchased the LG refrigerator 5/29/2021 & didn't receive till September 2021! Technicians have tried to fix it 4x due to no cooling in fridge, ice not being made frequently & frost in freezer. Still not working!
