Thin Ice

Ice maker makes very thin chips. It was making cubes but now just 2 months into owning the machine it just makes thin chips. What gives?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great clear abundant ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed the ice machine about 2 months ago and it has been performing great. It makes nice clear ice very quickly. I would recommend this ice machine for those who use a fair amount of ice.
