Great clear abundant ice

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We installed the ice machine about 2 months ago and it has been performing great. It makes nice clear ice very quickly. I would recommend this ice machine for those who use a fair amount of ice.

Thin Ice

Ice maker makes very thin chips. It was making cubes but now just 2 months into owning the machine it just makes thin chips. What gives?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceptional Freestanding Icemaker

Solid purchase that works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for about a month and it has been great. We use a lot of ice and our previous ice machine finally died after 11 years. We resorted to buying ice at the gas station weekly, breaking it up and putting it in ziplock bags while waiting to get this new one delivered. It’s working great and we are so happy we have it.
