Second time is not a charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second KitchenAid icemaker the first one lasted eighteen years..
This one is different. It gurgles loudly every seven minutes. The unit stops working at random for several days then starts again. The ice looks great when it is there, but it is random. Even the Kitchenaid logo on the door is askew. What has happened to KitchenAid ?

Good ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second kitchenaid ice maker. Last one lasted 12 years. I did a couple of repairs on the old one over the last 5 years. I like the look of the new machine. Sadly it doesn’t match my kitchenaid stove, oven and fridge, because of the design change. It’s working and making ice good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's faulty!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So disappointed with my Kitchenaid ice maker. The ice is not melting as it should and LARGE mountains of ice form. I have to break it apart. It is not working properly and you won't do anything about it. (I am sure you will reject this review as it is a scathing report)
