Perfect for smooth legs

I received the Phillips Satinelle Advanced Wet & Dry epilator for free in exchange for my opinion. I was initially nervous about using it however, now I love this thing. It’s amazing and super easy to use, you simply charge it and go. I’ve been able to use it at least 4 times on one charge. It was very easy to use right out of the box. It came with very clear, easy to follow instructions. I love the fact that it has a backlight that helps you see what you are doing and in a dimly lite shower. That has been very helpful. It also comes with grooming tools to help navigate the finer areas. It’s also not as painful as I thought It would have been. My legs have remained hair free and smoother significantly longer then if I just shave. This was a godsend at the beach. I love the bikini area attachment, it made getting a close, precise shave easy.

Loved my Satinelle

I received my Satinelle epilator as a free sample to try 3 weeks ago, and since then I have used it 3 times, with excellent results. It comes with 2 shaver heads, a depilator head, and several safety caps. First thing you have to do is charge it for a couple of hours, and it is pretty much ready to use out of the box, no complicated instructions, or parts to assemble, if you need to switch heads, it is done with one button on the back of the unit. I tried the Satinelle on my legs, it was fast, and not much pain, less than waxing, the small light on the unit is very functional, no missed spots with it! I have used wet and works just as well as dry. Loved the battery life, I used it during 3 weeks (once a week) the battery is still strong. The unit itself is compact, sturdy, and lightweight, would like to have more colour choices, and a hard case to store the unit and pieces, I am keeping it in the box, as there is a small pouch included, but I think it is not sturdy enough for the set, but other than that, I really liked the Satinelle.
Pros: easy to use and clean, lightweight, great battery life

I like the ceramic discs it’s way better than the metal ones, wet and dry use, that’s give you the chance to wash it with water and soap, and a very good design. The only thing that I dislike is the low ability to grip fine hairs.. it cuts them..

I received the Philips Shaver to review and I was very excited to try it. There are multiple attachments for different needs. A huge bonus in my opinion is that the unit is cordless. It is also wet/dry meaning you can use it in the shower.

Great for anyone that hates shaving

Philips gave me this product to review and it is great. I love that there are 9 different accessories to use on different parts of the body. It is so gentle to use and it only has a minor stinging, in comparison to other epilators that I have used. It is easy to use, very light weight, and is ergonomic. The only downside is that it needs to be charged quite often, and sometimes does not grab all the short leg hairs on one pass.
I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to use this wet or dry, and needs two speeds to remove hair.
Pros: easy to use, effective, ergonomic, lightweight, use wet or dry
Cons: long charging time, slight stinging, short battery life

Beautiful looking device with great performance!

Philips gave me the opportunity to try the Philips Satinelle Advance epilator and it is fantastic. I have been using other's brand epilator many years. I have to say Philips has done a great job with this device. The Satinelle is sleek, small enough to hold in your hand. It can be use either wet or dry. It is not loud which I like very much. It grabbed all the fine hair on my upper lip and under my chin. I only need to use this device a couple times a week on my underarm and facial area. I don't have to spend time worrying about having facial hair. It help boost my self-confident. It could be a bit painful at first when you are using the epilator for the first time because your skin needs to get use to it. After the 3rd time of use, you hardly notice any un-comfort. I would totally recommend this product to my girlfriends.
Pros: sleek design, powerful motor, able to grab fine hair on upper lip area, in shower use, cordless
Cons: it can be a painful way of removing hair

Philips gave me this product to review and I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now. It is lightweight, easy to use, it has a nice and modern design and work well in the shower. It works better on longer hair but the integrated light makes it easy to get all the hair!

Great epilator with many improvements

Philips asked me to try their Santinelle advanced epilator. I had an old one and this unit has many improvements. I love the wet and dry function. I can use it in the shower so it’s less messy, and the light was really great to see all the fine hair. Most importantly, this epilator is very gentle. It did not hurt as much! I love the caps for use on facial hair. Did not have that before and this will be very useful for me. I don’t have much free time to go to a salon so now I can take care of my hair at home. Love this product.
Pros: gentle, easy to use, facial caps are a added bonus
Cons: none so far
