This is probably the worst swing I’ve bought . I turn it on and 2 seconds later it’s off . The instructions say to adjust your baby I’m not adjusting my baby every 5 mins so it stays swinging . Definitely don’t recommend

Flashing lights

Had mine for 2 days and it won't stay on. The light on the base flashes and it shuts itself off rendering itself completely useless when I need it most. Very frustrating to have to sit there and click it back on 12x in a row.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the 5th MamaRoo 4 swing that I have bought as a baby gift. This swing has been the best purchase that I have ever made for both family and friends new bundles of joy. One friend was blessed with twins and told me that the swings saved her sanity! Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product available. What I wouldn’t have given to have had this swing with my two girls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only works for a few seconds

Our baby loves the swing.. except it will turn off after only 1 minute or so! We troubleshooted everything and still doesn't work.

Rockaroo is terrible

I put this on my baby registry as a friend loved the mamaroo.... However the rockaroo is terrible. If i could return it I would. My baby hated the seat and got hot and sweaty in it. He is now 4.5 months and I still can't use it. It bangs the baby back and forth and all of the speeds seem exactly the same. most of the time we get less than five minutes of not crying out of it and only when its not rocking. Absolute waste of money. Go buy a real swing... They rate terribly I've found but work better than this.

Not worth the price

We add this to our registry and we were very excited to try it out. Loved that it had a small foot print since we live in an apt and that it could rock out newborn. For the price it would be great if the mobile had a spinning feature, it's pretty useless. We had the rocker for 2 months and all of a sudden it started making a clicking noise when it rocked. Our baby was only 11lbs at two months. Also the Rockaroo should have 5 speeds but when we tried using the other speeds it didn't actually rock any faster than the first speed. Lastly having a port to connect your phone to the speaker in theory is a good idea but it's not realistic. When baby is in the rocker it's best to have a Bluetooth because leaving your phone plugged in is not going to happen. If you have an old iPhone or iPod than it might be a great idea to download music on to that and leave it attached to the Rockaroo. We returned the Rockaroo and purchased the fisher price Infant to Toddler Rocker which is less than a third the price and our son is much happier in it. I wanted to love this item, but it fell short.

Over Priced

This was given to us b/c we put it on our registry but honestly our lil guy doesn't even enjoy sitting in it. The speed settings all seem to be the same no matter what setting you have it on. He also gets bored after 2 minutes of being in the swing. You would think for as much as this seat costs the little color balls that hang out over your kid would move on their own but they don't. Even with the seat on the highest setting(which looks super sketchy) the balls don't really move.
I will say the removable cloth is nice so you can wash it when need be. Its also very easy to move around the house and sits on places like your dinning table or countertop.
Personally I wouldn't purchase this seat with my own money; or recommend to a friend.

Great Product, But Be Aware...

This is actually our 2nd 4Moms 'Roo'. We prematurely let go of our MamaRoo after my 1st son grew out of it. Due to financial constraints we chose the rockaRoo this time around. It worked well until my son became more active. He was very active, very early on and would kick so hard over and over that it ended up knocking the 'roo' off kilter. It stopped working after a short time. Fortunately, the customer service area of this company is phenomenal and we received a new base very quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
