I bought this a couplenof weeks ago and I am very pelased with the way it fits in the actual mamaroo. Baby fits perfectly snug in the newborn insert.

This insert is a must for a newborn. You should really order it along with your mamaRoo. The softness of the fabric is perfect.

I put this on my registry on a whim figuring if I get it great if not no big deal. Well, I was lucky enough to get it and it is awesome. My baby loves it. All the different types of motion and speed settings are great, not to mention I can connect my iPhone and play music for him. Would defiantly recommend to anyone that can afford it.

I've had the mommaroo for about 4 years now. I got the newest version at that time for a baby shower gift (2015) and I didn't realize there was a new born insert that can be added. With my other children I just used the same swing but added a blanket under them for support. So with this new baby, I decided to get one instead of using blankets to support my newborns head and it is the best decision ever!
