The insert that I received was yellowed. It didn’t really seem to do much as far as supporting the baby. I think I could have done without.

Wish this had worked out! The mesh material makes the insert slide down and not stay in place. You have to recline the mamaroo seat all the way in order to not have your baby slide down and almost out of it. I ended up having to put the original insert back in as it stays in place.

the insert is discolored yellow. Sent email with pictures and you can see a difference next to the mamaroo,and have not had a response since.The insert is very soft.
