[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best residential refrigerator we have ever had in our RV! The size is just right to carry enough frozen and refrigerated food for a 10 day trip. Another plus is that it runs on AC current.

Won't stop beeping

I have had the refrigerator for 8 months. It works fine - except that the door hangs too low, and if your foot is in the way you'll be very unhappy. The primary problem is the "smart" (per se) design. Something needs to be reset or replaced on the refrigerator, and my only notification is a BEEP every 30 seconds. I have tried pushing every button, plugging and unplugging the refrigerator, pulling out the water filter and putting it back in, looking for help online (help was all for other LG appliances) downloading a smart app and adding the refrigerator so the app could "diagnose" the problem. LG never thought of a warning light on the refrigerator itself - too user-friendly, apparently. The app was slow, this appliance isn't really well-represented by the app so appliance descriptions and directions aren't precise, and it took me an hour to set things up because the app kept freezing. Ultimately, the app could NOT diagnose the problem. If LG had had the foresight to install a Reset button along with the warning light, I would not still be sitting hear, listening to a BEEP every 30 seconds with no recourse. I cannot tell you how absolutely unhappy I am right now - on a Sunday night - to know I'm going to have to call LG Customer Service tomorrow, two days after the beeping began, to find out how to shut it up. I am disappointed that a company has so little respect for its customers that it designs appliances that are impossible to manage without extensive effort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous and no smudges. I leave the door open constantly, so the bell alert is perfect fir me. I wish the freezer had one! The LED is so much nicer on my eyes and the sleek no handle feature is my favorite.
I do wish the warning sticker wasn’t placed where I can see it. Too hard to remove so it just stays there. So I suggest not placing stickers in eye view.

The space for its fit was specific so I selected it by brand and measurement. The unit is far more attractive than shown. Super cold on a moderate setting. Great shelf space. Smooth finish, low-noise compressor.
