[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided on this model based on research and reviews done for months preparing for a condo kitchen renovation. I needed a narrow width (24") to fit in a small space, which limited the options. This fit perfectly. It's quiet and efficient, with a nice finish. The only complaint I have is that the door is very easy to dent. There are several indents just from adjusting its position with my hands; maybe the steel is not thick enough?

Trouble shooting online is slightly helpful to narrow down the type of noise, but not helpful solving the issue. Suspect fan and/or compressor issue.
We will see how LG's customer service is before we buy any other products for our new house.
We have had many other LG appliances without any problems.

I didn't need a fridge with an automatic ice maker as I do not have water connections available. This is perfect to use in the hangar to keep all my drinks cool. I looked at others and they were either too small or had poor build quality. A little bit on the pricey side, but I am happy with this fridge. You get what you pay for.

The appliance is well designed although I felt that the manual ice tray took up too much room in the freezer and removed it which greatly increased the space. It keeps the food cold at medium setting. If there any changes, I will update the review.
