we've had the stove and oven for a few years and love it. instant control of heat level on stove, the blue leds are useful when you turn on the wrong burner by mistake, and the smooth flat top is easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I owned this oven since 2017 in 2019 I replaced the board after getting error c31, and just now again in 2022 I am cooking potatoes and it again overheated with error c31, I dont think I will replace it again, samsung owes me money this is a known issue they should have fixed for free or at least give a coupon to buy a different stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some good things, some bad things.

Supposed to receive compensation for review but this is my own opinion. The induction range is nice looking and I like better than my old electric coil range. I would give it really good reviews with the exception of a few drawbacks. If you bump the range it turns the oven on when you don’t want and turns it off if you are in the process of cooking something. It has one button for locking the range and stove top when it should have separate buttons for the oven and one for the cooktop. Also it needs to have some kind of barrier or something jutting out so that the oven doesn’t get turned on or off depending on whether you are trying to use the oven or not. Very bad design. As far as the oven is concerned the bake and roast with convection is great but the air fryer is not good. The air fryer does not work well. It takes longer to cook something than what the food directions say as well as the temperature not working properly. One of the really good things I can say is how easy it is to clean. I only have to use microfiber cloths, one that is wet and a separate to dry. That has been great! I had to buy new pots and pans that are magnetic for the induction and I found the ones with a thick bottom to be key to cooking properly. I suggest starting your stove temperature on low and adjusting from there in order to get used to it so as not to burn your food.

The control panel can be locked using the control lockout. This feature lets you lock the buttons on the touchpad so they cannot be activated accidentally. Turn to page 43 of the user manual shared below.
This range model, in addition, is not equipped with an air fry feature. Turn to page 34 for the minimum and maximum settings of the feature this range has.

This range is great when it works however if it breaks good luck repairing. The glass top can not be repaired or replaced, you must replace entire range. Look up reviews online! Had an electrical surge and it took almost 3 months for a replacement. We are having to replace range which is less than 8 years old due to 2 burners gone bad and oven won’t get higher than 265 degrees. Range has great features until it goes down DON’T BUY.

Do not buy, get another brand.

We've had this unit for many years. At least once a month, we get a C-F0 error. We've had both main and display board replaced, and paid for all the service calls around getting it "fixed" Even after replacement ( a few years ago ) , we continued to get this error. I'm not paying for another service call or replacement part.
I contacted the samsung "repair" line, asking for a replacement range, or at least a discount on a new model. They flat-out refused.
Bottom line, stay away from this unit in particular and Samsung in general. There are other brands with much better reputations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
