Beware!

after using the oven for approximately 13 months. i received an error c-31. this is a known problem. i have had the motherboard replaced 3 times and am unable to use this oven

Beautiful Range

Love this induction range! Beautiful design,- form AND function. Cooks fast and even. Under 5 minutes to boil a large pot of water! Very easy to clean too (with Creamabrite) love the huge oven without exposed heating coil. Wifi is a nice feature, but not totally necessary . The glass control panel is also easy to clean. The gripes: Broiling is done with the oven door closed which is a little difficult to get used to - The oven shuts off if the door is left open. The timer alarm is a little low on volume. You can easily turn the oven on by brushing up against it , but it does require a confirmation to actually start a function , and there is a very easy to use lock out feature that locks the control panel . Very minor grapes considering I really love this range .
Pros: Bright display, Durable, beautiful design
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oven melts circuit board

we absolutely love the induction, but ours is less than 5 months old and displaying the c-31 error code. this is a known problem with these ovens. seems like they need some more heat shielding.

Buy the extra warranty (or a different oven)

this oven has a clear design flaw that allows the main frame to overheat. the first time we got the “c31” error was after a self clean. oven was only a few months old so it was repaired - replaced the entire electronics board. second and third time this happened was after cooking pizza at 550 degrees. i have owned this oven less than 2 years and am on my third repair. there is no doubt in my mind that it will break a fourth time and i will get it replaced by the warranty. hopefully by then there will be a new model available. very thankful i bought the warranty, but wish i could use my oven. going to call for my third repair tomorrow.

Long time Samsung fan being completely letdown.

i ordered this range and from the very start it has been a horrible experience. first xpo delivery decides that they won't install it half way for some reason even though on my invoice i was charged for it. after having it installed i get a c-f0 error before i could even use the machine. after dealing with samsung care to send a tech out to fix it, they take over a week since they have to wait for parts to arrive. that seems fair, except when the technician finally comes to fix it he finds out that they ordered the wrong part so he couldn't even complete the repair. another week of waiting for him to finally come out with the right part and then he says it is too hard to fix and recommended that i exchange it for a new one. issue still unresolved.

Great Product when it Works

i purchased a slide-in induction range in 2015. everything was great for 4.5 years then the problems started. first one of the convection fans failed in january 2020, then in january 2021 both the circuit boards that power the cooking service failed. apparently there is a problem getting these boards as the servicing company that is doing the repair is still waiting on getting the boards. so unable to cook via induction for nearly 3 months. dissatisfied is an understatement, especially since this range cost about $3000 originally.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

do not purchase!!!! rarely works as it's supposed to, the oven part is fine, but the stove is basically worthless. sometimes when it feels up to it, it will boil water and that's about it. customer service is of no help and getting anything repaired by samsung is a nightmare. do yourself a favor and don't waste your time dealing with a product so poorly made.
