[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Whirlpool ice maker I bought for the kitchen. The first had issues that the cost to repair after 24 months indicated purchasing a new one was the better path. I bought the same for model for price and performance. Working great.

Icemaker does not work correctly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this icemaker six months and I’ve already had to have two service calls on it. It does not make good ice. The ice is way too thin, and the service calls are a real inconvenience. I would not buy this brand again..

Best under-the-counter ice maker ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this ice maker for about six months now, and I am prepared to say it's the best under-the-counter ice machine I've ever owned. Since I already had an electrical outlet and a gravity drain, installation was no problem, and the machine itself has given no problems. It simply goes about its business of making nice, neat, smallish ice cubes that don't clump together (as the ice in my previous machine did). It may not be the quietest model in the world, but it is not so noisy as to be a bother. I highly recommend this ice machine!
