Started great then kaput!

Worked great for a few months. Is a bit noisy but made great ice up to top of bin. Now it puts off alot of heat and barely makes enough ice for 2 cocktails. I use the cleaning stuff afresh and still barely makes any ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
