My eyes make her didn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice Maker did not work had a factory trained technician. Review all the items he could not find. Why the ice Maker wasn't functioning properly? Have requested a replacement. We've had the same icemaker on our previous home and it worked fabulously constant ice

Leaking water on floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Leaking water on floor two times within three weeks of installation. No response from email submitted online to support after one week. Ice looks good, but grave concerns about reliability and support responsiveness. Machine appeared to not be 'turned on' when puddles appeared, but can't possibly be designed to leak when power goes out - can it?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the same style KitchenAid 15" ice maker that we have had in our out of state home for 18 years. We had very little problems with that ice maker and expect the same longevity for this one.

Absolutely LOVE this ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently remodeled out kitchen and wanted an ice maker for coolers in the summer and extra ice anytime. Well we've used this every single time we fill up our water bottles because it's super plentiful and the ice cubes are the perfect size.

Great Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this ice maker. It makes ice quickly and keeps a great quantity available at all times. It is quiet as well. This is my 3rd one though. They work great for about 5-6 years then they just give out. Always take the warranty on these. IT is very expensive to get them fixed if they break down.

Great ice but Incredibly NOISY!

At night, I would swear that someone is breaking into my house as some of the sounds are incredibly loud and last for several seconds. On comparing notes with other individuals, I have found that they experience the same loud noises. I wish KitchenAid would address this sound issue!

Great ice
