[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ice maker had a slow leak from an internal component part. it damaged wood floors. hoping kitchen aid will stand by product. assume damaged floors will be my responsibility

Nice Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an 18 year old ice maker. Easy install with existing setup, clear instructions and love that it has a replaceable water filter slot instead of an inline water filter. Definitely not the cheapest and I hope it lasts a long time.

Abundant & clean ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 months ago & have been very satisfied. We use a lot of ice & it has kept up with our needs. The water filter yields clean delicious ice. My only complaint is that the water filter has to be ordered separately; I think the first one should be furnished with this quality of a machine.

Broke down after 6 weeks of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Built a new home with all new appliances. Moved in December 7th. Ice maker completely broke down January 22nd. Water leaked on brand new hard wood floors. Can’t get serviced for 2 weeks. So disappointed

It’s Broken!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought ten of these over my career as a designer/ builder and they always break! They’re great for about a year, then problems start. I arranged service yesterday and no one showed or called! Terrible!
