Great Machine

Adequate washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new washer came with our new home and gets the job done..but not as quickly or as sturdily as my former LG model at my last home. There are also more plastic surfaces which I hope will be sturdy enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this new size for a month makes washing so much easier. Think it will be a great machine. Just wish it was simpler to run. I have the stacking set. It makes it a bit high to reach and read controls. The only thing upsetting is it took 3 months to arrive

Great washer but…

I recently purchased a WFW862HC washer which is fantastic. The only issue I have is that I do not use liquid detergent so I don’t use the bulk dispenser. There is an alarm that ring for several minutes while the machine is running, and I believe it is to signal the the bulk dispenser is empty. I know there is a way to disable the bulk dispenser for a single wash, but it would be helpful to disable that feature permanently since we use laundry sheets and not liquid detergent.

Gentle wash with expected cleanliness quality
