Horrible machine

I hate this washing machine. The first one had to be replaced as it would shake and move several inches during the cycle. Repair people came out twice to try and fix it. I have a LG at my other home and it is so much easier use. This whirlpool is awful. The buttons are hard to press. The load and go won’t turn off, the wash & dry button won’t turn on. Horrible horrible machine.

Drain pump filer a nightmare

Washer is ok except every time we clean the drain pump filter so much water comes out that we have to move the washer and take out the lower drawer to clean under it. Our floors are ruined and need replaced. Our LG was easy to clean and never got water on our floors. This will be my last Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy!

This washer doesn't work more times then it does. I have had SO many problems! It's always getting error codes and it's often very difficult to get them to go away. I'm currently standing her with a pile of nasty soaked clothes ans no way to get them spun out because this washer wont even turn on, yet still somehow is chiming. I've never been so frustrated.

Love the features

It runs quietly and not noisy and washes my clothes good and my clothes come out smelling good. I would recommend this washer any time.

Great washer - best ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model washer about 6 weeks ago when our old one literally died doing its last load. Gratefully the appliance store had this one in stock and delivered it in 3 days. The control
Panel set up is logical and easy to use. I like the detergent dispenser displaying “low detergent” if I have not added enough. I did not think that the clothes washed in my previous washer did not smell clean but amazingly while removing clothes from my new Whirlpool I noticed that they smelled really fresh and clean. The washer is quiet and so far is stable in that the spin cycle is smooth and efficient. The opening on the tub is generously wide to make loading and removing easy. The tub has an interior light - how wonderful- which goes off after the door has remained open after plenty of time to unload a wash and load the next. I like the charcoal grey color and would like to have a matching dryer.
