First bought these big waffles yeas ago and they are in my downstairs right now. Older grandchildren played with them when they were little and genuinely enjoyed playing with them.

Thirty some years ago. I bought these waffle blocks for my 2 grandsons. At that time they came with a 4 wheeled platform to build on. So much fun to make a little cart and push your brother around. These blocks have been handed down to my grand-sons! More fun over the years! Now can you believe this? My 2 year old great-grand-son will take over the blocks!! One problem, the 4 wheeler is now missing, wish I could replace it. Have fun with your blocks!

We already owned one set of these blocks, and our grandkids enjoy building with them, as well as using them in random ways while playing. They're well made, and the first set is still fully functional four years after they were purchased. The one drawback to these blocks is that the design forces anything built to have a horizontal and/or vertical seam anytime a structure is more than one block high or wide. In other words, the blocks can't be placed offset to each other, which would allow the structure to be much stronger, and much less likely to collapse when pushed into by rambunctious kids. Even with that drawback, it's stil a very good product that I'd definitely recommend.
