Installation issues.

I tried to put these on the original QuietControl ear buds that I've had for a couple of years , and I'll be darned if I could get them on ... a normal sized human being struggling with a tiny bit of silicone ... the pointy tips are not up to struggle and I tore them ... and what's more, in the struggle, I think I actually terminally hurt the left ear bud ... I'm sure this was all about me, but I was defeated by this product!
