[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased Q30 head phones well over 3 years ago. Absolutely love them. I finally had to replace the ear pieces here a few weeks ago and needed replacements. The replacements were great just like the original (mind you used the original for several years before needing to replace only because i lost one of the ear pieces). I see lots of reviews saying the ear pieces tear easy and that is just not true. Its like anything, if you take care of them they will last a long time. I use them every day for work as I am on the phone 4-6 hrs a day and haven't ever had to replace them. Battery still lasts 7-8 hours even after years of charging. Well worth the money.

Poor material quality, silicon tips keep tearing

My experience has been the opposite of the marketing language used to describe the product. The part of the ear bud that is supposed to stabilize the ear bud keeps tearing, which makes the headphone uncomfortable to wear and generally unstable. Not sure what my options are other than to constantly replace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my pair for a little over a year now. I think the charge is great as I can go on a coast to coast flight without them dying. Otherwise, I just keep an external charger on me and plug them in for less than an hour to charge it enough for the rest of the day. Positive/Negative part is the ear buds. I like that you can use different sizes because I have one ear that fits smaller than the other. Downsize is the silicone is not too strong and I ripped one of the earbuds stablitlizing pieces but it still works. I will order replacements, but wish you could which sizes you want for the two pairs ordered. Noise cancelling is great tune out most noises that would distract you, but not completely cancelling that are oblivious to your surroundings. I like that I can contact it to my phone and computer for work. I haven’t encountered a device it hasn’t connected to as long as it has Bluetooth capability, but I’m not IT savvy and had get help to figure it out.

I own a number of Bose in-ear products & generally have been very happy with them. This one, however, drives me nuts. The right earbud constantly comes loose & falls out of my ear.

I would never put my hard earn money on any Bose equipment, especially the Bluethooth device, its don't last long with charging, does not connect to other devices, easy to break. And it is so expensive but not worth the price
