Bad zipper

They should have a warranty on the case. Within the first month my case zipper was broken

Bad zipper and bulky design

I can just confirm what others already said; the zipper does not hold very long. With the frequent traveling I'm using the case a lot but still it should hold up more than a couple of weeks. In addition, I wish the design would be less bulky. Even if the headphones are a certain size, there is still a lot of unused/unnecessary volume.

I have had these for only 3 months. Headphones are great but the zipper and case quality are lacking for the price of the headphones.

Owned a month - zipper won't open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would have read these reviews before using the case for the first time. I received the headphones a month ago and used the case to travel this weekend. When I went to replace the headphones in the case, the zipper won't open but a little bit. The charging cord is in the case. I would expect this premium product to come with a functional quality case. I love the headphones. Now to figure out the carrying case!

The case is horrible. Zipper was bad from the very first moment I owned the headphones. Unfortunately I didn't complain about them within the one year time period so I'm stuck with the bad case. Bose used to have amazing quality in everything they do. However, it seems that they are not as stellar as they once were. Next time, I'll go with a competitor's offering!.
