Inferior quality

A few days ago, the zipper started to rip away from the main shell. As someone who takes good care of all my expensive electronics, I am disappointed to see such inferior quality case that Bose made to complement the superior QC35. I came here with the thought of buying a replacement case (since my QC35 is out of warranty now), and to my surprise, many people are complaining about the same thing!

My zipper broke too

Like the other reviews, my case now has a broken zipper. Came off track and the track ripped away from the case. Very disappointed - should be more durable given the high price for these headphones.

Another bad zippper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had these headphones for one month before the zipper broke. I thought I'd live with it but then lost my charging cord because it didn't close. Now I figure it's worth a bad review and see that many other people had the same issue. The headphones are great, just too bad about this case.

This is possibly the worst designed thing ever. Zipper broke on 1st use! Seems this is a recurring issue, no idea why Bose do not fix this.

Bad Zipper - don't waste your $$

Don't waste your money. I travel for a living and take care of my equipment. The zipper broke on this case the first week. It is still connected and everything - but just quit zipping. Horrible product.

I'm in the process of purchasing an aftermarket case to replace the Bose case because my zipper broke and the case is now worthless.
