Broke and no warranty

I'm a pilot and put my equipment to the test. But I also use extreme care with all of my equipment to extend their life and this performed very poorly. Zipper broke AND ripped from the side. I almost couldn't get the headphones out of them without destroying the case.

Solid case but zipper sucks

Terrible Zipper

I love the headphones ... hate the zipper. Very surprised that Bose would allow its name to be put on such a poor quality item. I now hesitate every time I want to use my QC35 because I know just opening and closing the case will be an exercise in frustration. I went and bought Apple Airpods as a result and use them more often just because of the lousy zipper. Will also reconsider purchasing the next generation QC just because of this zipper. Please do something about it.

Won't buy again due to zipper reviews

I came here to purchase my 2nd Bose case. Upon reading all the reviews, I decided it wasn't worth it. My first case had a broken zipper - surprise, surprise - and it seems futile to invest any money in a second case after reading all the reviews. So why leave a review for a product I didn't re-invest in? To let Bose know that they've just lost my money because they haven't fixed the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great headphones but zipper on case broke on the very first use. So how does one get a replacement! Surely Bose can provide a functional case! I would certainly recommend the headphones, just tell them to expect a defective case. Really discounts the product!!!
