Extremely bad zipper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WIthin a month the zipper's sewing stitch went loose and another month later the zipper broke some teeth. I need to stress that I'm always very careful when opening and closing the zipper, but it obviously made no difference ... Really bad quality....

Not worth your investment since the zipper breaks. Zipper broke on mine in about a year.

Bad Design, very disappointing.

I've had a problem with the zipper since I bought the headphones. I thought maybe I had screwed the case up though I take very good care of it. I started trying different ways to zip but all have the same result. I came here to buy a replacement case only to see just about everyone has the same experience. Bose, you make great headphones but find another supplier for your cases. I have three pairs of Beats Studios and the cases are GREAT!

Zipper gives me shivers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gosh, the design looks nice but the zipper is awful. It is of cheap plastic and when using it, it makes a noise that freaks me out. I bought the earphones two weeks ago, they came with this case. I used the case for one day than swapped it with my boyfriend's old Bose Sound Link one, that however doesn't have the pocket for the charger and the cable. Not satisfied at all.
