Terrible quality

On my carrying case the z upper went out withing hours of using it... it just does not zip up. Just catches the lining. I would imagine that on $$$ headphones every detail will be top notch... this really was a disappointment. And now I see. It is $$ to replace it... I would not pay for this a penny.

Very nice case until the zipper breaks. Now I have no easy/safe way to carry these around. This appears to be a pretty common problem.

My husband and I each purchased Quiet Comfort 35 Headphones; the zipper on mine broke after just a couple of trips so I can no longer close the case. Great headphones, lousy case. With so many complaints, you would think Bose would fix the problem and make their customers happy. A new case is not worth the money.

Zipper Broke!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been protecting my headphones in this case since I bought it but the zipper just broke! I always treat the product and case with care since they are so expensive. I came here to potentially buy a replacement but after all these similar zipper issues, I might need to find a third party case. :(
Bose this is clearly a problem for everyone, please update your case with a better zipper!

Poor Zipper Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife bought me the new Quiet Comfort headphones. The zipper wouldn't hold together in the first 3 weeks. The case on my original Bose is still in tact and I don't have to figure out how to fold them each time. I'm bummed because I ordered a new case before I read the reviews. Not just me.
