Broken after just 1 year!

Button on the right earbud broke off after just a year of use. Also, the right earbud is heavier than the left earbud. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but the right earbud continually falls out of my ear due to the excessive weight.

Bought a year ago and doesn't charge

i bought the ear buds a year ago. Paid $225. Pretty expensive piece of headphones. Especially, when they stop charging. Put serial number in said out of warranty. Offered to sell me another pair with charging box for $149. But, have to send the old pair back in. So, that tells me happens all the time and they send refurbished buds. That would be $374 for a pair of ear buds. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Upgrading my phone made them glitchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first bought them, they worked great. I had an iPhone 8 plus at the time. I recently upgraded to a 11 Pro Max and since then I've had connectivity issues. Sometimes the left will disconnect on it's own. Sometimes when I take them out and put them in my pocket to speak to someone and put them back in they will lose connection.
It would also be nice if phone calls played in both ears instead of just the right ear.
I do like the way they fit in my ear, very comfortable.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you seem to be experiencing with them connected to your iPhone 11 Pro. Have you tried clearing the pairing list on the headphones? You can do this by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds. Once complete, delete the pairing on the source device.

The sound quality is ok. The main issue I see with the earbuds is that they don't connect as two different buds. meaning that you have to use the right one or neither. If your right buds battery dies then you have to charge it and can't use the left one as a backup.
