Good, but a few small problems.

So before I get to the negative part of the review, let me say that overall the case does it's job very well, and as a whole I am more than happy with it, however there are a few *small* problems that have arisen with my case. One problem is the magnets. While as a whole they work as they should, the magnetic lock on the headphones isn't always 100% right, even when they click into place. I've noticed that every so often the left earbud would not always be right in place, and even though i could close the case, the earbud itself would not charge. I also don't like how even if the earbuds are fully charged, the case still passively loses battery life. Even if my buds and case are both at full charge, if I don't use the buds for a week I will still need to recharge the case since at that point it's only at about 20%. Apart from these few small flaws, the case is still very nice.

voice prompt gimmicky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] every time I take my buds out of the case after a long charge the voice would say that my buds are only 80 percent charged. but if I put it back in after this voice and take them right out again it would then behave normally and say my buds are 100% charged,....

Owned case and Bluetooth earbuds for over a year..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still love these earbuds for all manners of media and voice. Flawless and better with updates and time. I also owned a pair of Bluetooth Beats and these have them beat hands down! Still in love! Only complaint I have is the buds are slightly too large for my tiny ears, but never fall out despite dancing and gyrating to the music.

needs case that charges with wireless charger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the head phones are amazing, but the case needs to be able to be placed on wireless charger instead of plugging it in all the time. if there is a second version of these without that qi feature, i probably wont buy them again.

Need improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ear buds and I have no complaints but one. The ear buds have a GPS and comes with a pulsing beep that allows you to find the buds. Why didn't bose make the same capabilities for the charging case?
Once again, great product and the best pair of blue tooth I've ever owned.

Great until case stopped working

I have been very happy with the headphones. The only problem is the LED lights on the front of the case have stopped working. I do not know if the case is not charging, not holding a charge, or if it is just a problem with the LEDs. I have been very happy with the product until now
