Charging case isn’t working

Great earbuds but the charging case just stopped working and I’m just barley out of my warranty

Firstly, I would recommend that you check both ends of the connection to ensure that when charging the case it is charging correctly as well as updating the headphones and case via the Bose Online Updater.

Great sound horrible reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my 16 yo son. The case was stolen at school, purchased a second case for a hefty sum. A backup method of charging would be a great feature, even if it required charging each bud separately.

Best I have tried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several earbuds, but none fit as comfortably as the Soundsports. I may be a bit prejudiced as I have owned a pair of QC20's for many years and the earpiece design is the same. Sound quality is very good as well. Even though they are not noise cancelling, outside noises, while not completely blocked, are attenuated. Best of all I don't get that whistling wind noise when outside. My biggest complaint is one I see often, and that is the buttons are very hard to push. Don't know the reason behind this design, but I don't see inadvertent actuation as being a problem

Great but the case needs work...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these for over 6 months and feel i have had enough time to really go through and give a good review the headphones are some of the best possible and i have gone through 7 pairs of wireless headphones including Sony and others but this is the best sound possible , the size of them sticking out of my ears,is a little big, but its worth it for the sound this allows , the case on the other hand, well , needs improvement. My case will only charge my right ear head phone after I remove the left ear bud and leave it out for a few minutes and plug in the chord and then put the right then the left as if the left ear bud has to jumpstart the charging process... obviously not a design characteristic but this happened after charging the case ... not from a drop of either charger or earbuds. I do enjoy the headphone more often than other s . I will use both charges from the case daily ... so maybe i use them too much...

Charging base diode stuck

I got these 18 months ago and I've been unimpressed with the charging base. Recently one of the diodes got stuck pushed in and out is no longer usable. Previously there were issues with the buds sitting on the diodes to charge as well. I wish I could have gotten a longer life out of them for the price I paid.

Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have the Beats by Dre Power3's and wanted to get an upgrade so I decided to go with the Bose Sound Sport Wireless headphones. At first the build and quality is there, when you un-box the item you can feel you bought something for sure, nice sleek design, love the make of these. Sound is amazing on these. Only reason I am giving only 3 stars is because the left ear bud goes in and out (connection issues), then the right one the volume up button doesn't click like the volume down button does. So besides those 2 issues they would be great. Also I have the Sound Touch 30 and HOLY COW does that thing bump. I will be registering and making a review on that one as well. Sound Touch is 5 stars PLUS!!!

The pros and cons

- Sound: excellent
- Bluetooth support: not so good. You can easily loose the sound in one earbud due to
bluetooth sensitivity.
- Price: relativity high.
- Durability: LOW. The rubber surrounding the control buttons in the earbuds wares out and eventually tear. That is a bummer because when it happens you cannot replace that pierce.
