Sound amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought 2pair on Saturday for my wife and I and today is my first real test. They sound amazing in all the types of music I’ve listened so far. Bad thing is that I was wearing the right one only and it died. I tried using the left one like I would with my AirPods and it doesn’t work like that. It gave me almost 6 hours of play but I work 10 hours a day. Hopefully in the near future they can do something about this issue. Now I have to wait to get a full charge to use them again but I’ll start using both now.

Ran over case with tractor and STILL WORKS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Case fell out of my pocket while cutting the grass and i ran it over and ripped the lid off and popped the case apart i just snapped it back together and it still charges them perfectly fine just with no lid

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are absolutely amazing. The only complain that I have is sometimes the Bluetooth signal comes out in the left ear bud occasionally, I also cannot find my case is this covered under the warranty

Very poor quality

Won't fit in pocket...

It's a fine case but all I want is it to fit in my pocket and it's round desgin does not help with that at all

superb headphones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these headphones about 4 months ago and they are fantastic except for they are not as loud as i thought they would be compared to other Bose products. I can still hear outside noise even when the headphones are on maximum volume. Is there a software update that can remedy this issue? i do have the correct size earbuds as well.

Great sound and stay in place while running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine when they were first released. I needed wireless to avoid my ponytail from loosening my earbuds during my runs. So for I appreciate they can withstand sweat! The find my earbuds feature is awesome!! The controls are small and can be hard to manage. They stick out a lot, very noticeable. My biggest complaint is that they won’t stay on if one is not in your ear. I like to run outside and sometimes it’s safer for me to leave one ear bud out so I can hear my surroundings, but they turn off if you leave one out. Hopefully this can be fixed. Overall, this is my third BOSE product I really like them.
