Great at first but

They worked great at first but now the lights on front of it to let you know the charge status are not working. They are still charging my ear buds but I have no idea how much juice they have without the front lights. So this along with the problems with the wireless ear buds is a pain in the butt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine is the original case not a replacement, however, it does the job it is supposed to. It keeps my earbuds charged at all times, even after 4 hours and then a 15 minute charge, I'm ready to complete the rest of my day, errands or walk without having to bring out my wired headsets.

Charging Case

overall product is nice but have a few concerns - 1. if i dont connect the charge case with cable, i dont see lights flashing on the case when i press the button in front. overall lights dont light up if i dont have the case connected 2. the case, when connected, switches to 5 solid lights very fast. for instance, right at connecting the case, it shows 3 lights, within 15-20 mins, it shows 5 lights 3. if i dont connect the case and insert the earphones, i dont see it charing the headphones. for instance, i dont the see the lights and even after leaving it in the case, it doesnt charge
right now, i have to have the case plugged in to charge and dont see the earbuds giving an instance charge. pls look into it.

We would first recommend a power reset of the charging case using these steps:
1. With the buds in the case, plug the case into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. This can be the USB power supply from your phone. 2. Unplug the USB cord from the case and wait 1 minute. 3. Reconnect the power cable and charge the case fully. 4. When the case shows 5 LED's, please remove the cable and test the case's lights.

Great Product

They do depending on how sweaty your ear can need to be pushed back in but I find them great for talking on the phone listening to music at my desk and not have to worry about a wire. I've had mine since Dec 2018 I believe.

Too Big

I would rather have less charge time a case that fits comfortably in my pocket. This case is huge. Because of this, it's hard to keep on me and I end up not having a good place to store the earpods when I'm not using them.

It does the job but is huge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This case is pretty large, especially when I compare them to my wife's airpod case. Over twice the size. She can actually put them on her key chain. I would certainly pay extra for a smaller, more portable case with less charging capacity. It would be awesome to pop these in out on the go for hands-free calling.

VERY IMPRESSIVE. Put everything else to shame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited a couple of months to see if any problems might come up. Incredibly exceptional quality all around. Ease of Use is great once you get accustomed to it--which is quite quickly. Ability to FF or Repeat track is great. SOUND QUALITY Superb. Just want to mention that you should take case along with you in most cases (bike ride, etc.) since if you pause too long, you may need to put back in case to truly shut off or reset ear buds to work. Love the beep feature to track lost buds if need be. Charging is super simple & fast.
