I bought this as a Christmas present for my grandsons. After an initial problem with the order, one email was all it took to get it straightened out. Unfortunately, the packaging was cut in transit, so another email and the item was replaced. I cannot say enough about the customer service at Melissa & Doug. They will keep you posted on progress, answer emails immediately, and make sure you are completely happy with the product. I have purchased Melissa & Doug toys for both grandchildren many times over the past 4 years. My Daughter-in-Law sings their praises and always recommends a M&D product when buying for birthdays and Christmas. I am so very happy with this purchase, with all past purchases, and look forward to future purchases. THANK YOU MELISSA & DOUG!!!!!

Grandkids, 5 & 7 love it. Product has lots of attention to detail. Assembly easy/follow directions. Takes at least 20 minutes - would suggest what we did assemble completely before giving as gift. Very pleased with it.

Bought this for a gift for my 2.5 year old. She love it. It did take some time to put together but worth it. We had to take it apart to take it home but it was quick to take apart and put back together. Great product & details.

First off, very impressed with the Architecture design of the entire product. As me and my husband were putting it together I kept saying how it was a huge 3D puzzle. The kids love it, and its also a good storage place for toys as well.

I have three nephews (ages 1-4) that love to play with this truck for hours. A little bit of setup time, and they couldn't wait. Had all sorts of "rules" about when I could have ice cream or when I could have hot dogs and a burger. Cracked me up! This one sure got their imaginations going.
