One or the other please

My grandchild got this toy as a gift. While it is colorful and easy for her to maneuver, the music leaves much to be desired. It is very difficult to differentiate between the background music and the animal sounds. It make sense for it to just have the animal sounds or a background song. If the point is to have the child associate the animal noises with the animal picture then it is not accomplished. If the point is to have the child enjoy the music then the animal sounds are distracting and not realistic sounding.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but turn off the sound

My baby really enjoys the crinkly petals and the different animal faces. The sounds are really loud, which is surprising looking at some reviews on here, so I prefer to leave it off. Still enjoy all of the activities, we use this as a visual when singing Old MacDonald:)

The product looks to be a very good toy however, on removing it from the box there is no place to install batteries. The bottom of the box says to install two aaa batteries but not where. The web site says to install three aaa batteries. This toy will be returned for a refund.
