Right now I'm not liking it at all. The home screen where all the apps are keeps disappearing & I know it's not my internet connection because it connects to Netflix with no problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great picture, but slow to load apps. Freezes up.

Freezes up in the middle of a program. I checked my Internet connection and it’s not my Internet. I have a Onn Roku 50 inch and it never does this.

Hello Kimberlyw1967, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. Typically, when a TV freezes up, that can be fixed with a power cycle. To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds, go ahead and plug the power back in and power it on. Piece of junk

What a disappointment, only had this unit a few months. Shortly after a month it required a reset (soft boot) which I thought was not too bad, but as time passed it froze up more and more often. It finally got to the point I had to do the factory reset. Note: All updates have been installed. Now every evening it goes blank with the power light blinking and will not respond to the remote or the old reliable hold the power for 20 seconds. I have to unplug the unit for at least 12 hours to get it to respond.
Long story short pick another brand and save yourself lots of frustration.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great value, Until it’s not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this TV for a few years now. It has always had a bit of a lag in the smart interface (makes sense for a budget TV). However, recently it has begun having random fits of becoming unresponsive and cycling on and off. This is a well-documented issue, but none of the remedies listed online seem effective. More like a random cycle of unplugging and removing the remote batteries and it will stop after a few hours. I don’t have any other devices that could be interfering in the room so it’s a puzzler. It also does not keep time correctly. It is ALWAYS off by an hour. Changing the daylight savings or regular time/time zone settings does absolutely nothing to fix this either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
