I've had this TV for about a month in a half now. Overall I like it. The buttons on the remote aren't troublesome for me, but I can see how someone with larger hands might find it hard to use because it has small buttons are the keys are rather sensitive. Why not +3 stars? You cannot specify a profile (that is not the primary) to use on Netflix, Hulu, etc. applications which makes my use of the "Smart" TV very limited. Please VIZIO, allow for this versatility because multiple people live in my household with multiple different interests - hence the separation of profiles!
The picture quality, multiple HDMI ports, price point, and alternative options barely outweigh the inconvenience of returning the product. If profile switching in application is not important to you then this TV is easy to setup, straightforward to use, and overall great for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this 32 inch a month ago on the recommendation of a Vizio rep. I wanted decent speakers in a smaller set. I didn't get them. The speakers distort a lot on the low end.
Great fast free delivery and the price was right. Followed on screen directions at power up and it connected to wifi and channels with ease. We already had another vizio tv so I was expecting no less than a great experience and I got it. Good experience all around. I highly recommend this tv.
I don't like the idea that I can't turn on TV without a remote. They're no control buttons. What do a person do when they lose the remote ( like I did). I wastrips lucky I still had one from my other TV which tech support told me the bulb was bad in and I needed a new TV. So after I purchased the new one, I opened the back off TV and found the problem was in a strip coming off mother board, so I replaced it and it works great. The new was is great, I just have to get another remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought tv today works well but the remote was obviously used most of the letters on the remote were worn off has corrosion in the battery compartment not happy!

Can't load Google play

My cell phone can't run Google play, and this TV won't load the Google play app directly. So I can only watch Google play movies when my wife is home.
