Some problems with set up

Had an older Visio TV , but earthquake did it in . Bought a newer model and having some problems setting it up. The right and left sides of the picture are "cut off" so that part of titles and info are not visible. What do I do to get the complete picture? Thanks for your assistance.

Bad TV

The worst TV bought in my life. It gets freeze, it goes out, it turns on only,it doesn't to the internet sometimes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
