Not old-school KitchenAid quality.

I concur with the other reviews. Avoid this. The microwave happened to love. But the oven it came with stuff I have no idea what and how I use it. As mentioned, you can go online get the manual, but it only talks about how to clean and how to install. Never mentions all the attachments that come with it. So they’re collecting dust. Not to mention, this is a new home build purchased all kitchen eight appliances. Thought I was getting classic KitchenAid quality. Having huge issues with the dishwasher, the repairman has been here twice. They just need to replace it, but unfortunately where I purchased said KitchenAid is difficult when it comes to stuff like this. I’ll also mentioned was supposed to get rebates they’re being tied up. Because one of them did not come with the serial number, so the other ones that have the correct attachments I’m still not getting the money. This will be the last time I purchased KitchenAid. They do really good mixers, but that seems to be about it. Disappointed.
I need to mention as a child, My parents bought home with an old KitchenAid dishwasher in it. Graduated, left home, got married. my parents after 20 years had to finally replaced that dishwasher. That’s The KitchenAid I grew up with. Apparently, that’s not the KitchenAid today. Wish I would have got on here and read reviews. Definitely would have not purchased it.

Kitchen Aid no longer premium brand. Major fail.

Kitchenaid has lost their way. The oven failed at 18 month mark. It required both circuit boards and the temp probe to be replaced by my home warranty policy. Just before this - my new Kitchen dishwasher was found as failed as a Manufacturer's defect. It was out of Whirlpool warranty. Home warranty would not cover a mfg defect. They left the freaking bolts out of the top rack mounts. It leaked for 12 months silently ruining my new wood floor. Total loss. This is no longer premium product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please, please avoid buying this microwave/oven at all costs. It was delivered in August 2024 and it started to fail within months, the touchpad just would stop working so it became unusable. We had to constantly reset the breaker for it to reset and start working again, they replaced it around December (they wouldn't even install it for us, we had to hire someone to do it) and it broke down again in March. When we contacted KitchenAid again today, they said that they can't offer a return and they'll just send a technician, so I'm stuck with an appliance that doesn't work and will likely stop working again within a few months, when the warranty will probably be expired. Avoid!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
