[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in spring of 2019 and was installed 0ct 2020. I don’t have any written instructions on how to use. I don’t have time to try to learn to use by trial and error nor do I need something else electronic. Takes forever to preheat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great oven! First of all the design is beautiful. Cooks great. Haven’t used the pizza attachment yet. Looking forward to that. Everything else works flawlessly. If I had to say one thing that I don’t like. Takes a bit long to preheat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has replaced one of the same 22 years ago. Much improved quiet and clean looking. The little negative is the microwave seems to cook slower, but just need to get use to it. The touch pad was very easy to understand again much improved, so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and paid for this unit on Feb. 9, 2024, and it was delivered and installed by a Teevax recommended installer on Feb. 20, 2024. Unfortunately, the first time we tried to use it, the message window gave an error message that the unit could not be used and a service call must be placed. We did call, James from Teevax came on Feb. 22 and diagnosed that the unit has a bad controller board. The oven and microwave doors were also misaligned. Teevax then requested that the unit be returned and a new combination be supplied. We were notified on Mar. 12 that a new unit will be delivered and installed on Mar. 19, 2024. So unfortunately I cannot rate the new oven, over a month after our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this oven the middle of March. Unfortunately, when I was baking cookies I noticed they were not done, so I tried to check the temperature. When I did this, there was an error code and I could not turn the over back on. Pretty disappointed. I have an appointment scheduled for someone to come look at it, but frustrating it isn't working.

Not Meeting KitchenAid Standards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had many difficulties with this oven. I n the first two months, it was operational only three or four days. We have had five repair visits and only a senior technician with help from KitchenAid engineers could determine that a factory assembly error caused the operational problems. For the last two weeks, it seems to be working correctly.
