Great ovens but digital controls not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ovens perform very well; sturdy etc. They cook well and are beautiful. The only are of dissatisfaction is the digital controls and controls. The menus and descriptions are not always intuitive and setting (programming) the oven prior to actually cooking in it has required time and attempts.

Needs more clear usage and instruction manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product came with a manual to install and clean. In order to understand how to actually use it you need to search the internet for videos and manuals. For the cost I think throwing in a manual would be helpful. I can't really speak to the usage of it because it is so difficult to understand at present. It is pretty and well made but it isn't really useful if I don't have the instructions to use it.

Did I make the best choice?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ovens were installed professionally. I immediately realized that there was a problem with the user control interface. The only thing that worked was the "add 30" for the microwave. Fortunately, a local appliance repair shop was able to obtain and replace a new control panel. So far, so good. But I am VERY disappointed and concerned about the reliability of this appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Useless nonexistent user manuals

Product has many features, yet there are no guidelines for how to use them. I have been searching the website and the so called product manuals give no detail of how to use the powered attachments. So far the powered attachments are paperweights! Sorry I bought this albatross.
