Garbage

This dishwasher is about 1 1/2 years old and has only been used for 11 months very lightly. Water is leaking out of a seam on the back of the dishwasher. Service technician says it cannot be fixed. Whirlpool warranty will not cover anything. I am extremely disappointed with this product and will never again purchase or recommend it to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks Bad

The front machine is 2 inches from the floor and there is on panel to cover the leveling legs. I can see the legs and the hose under the machine every time I walk into the kitchen.
The older version of this model had a very nice panel across the bottom to hide the machine works.

Same error over and over and over again.

This dishwasher was part of the new condo I moved into. It has given us some issues. Even after it has been repaired - consistent error messages being displayed.
When it is working - it works well. Just wish it would continue to work instead of displaying error codes every few weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hasn't worked properly for almost a full year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only good thing about this is the size. It constantly faults to an error after a few times of use. We have had technicians come out 4 times so far to replace parts with the same issue. Technician is scheduled for next week, if this doesn't work I don't know what else to do.

small but might!

I ordered all new whirlpool appliances including this dishwasher. originally there wasn't one in the kitchen because of space limitations. this dishwasher was exactly what we needed. it was perfect for the island my son was building to give me more workable space in my kitchen. I love the stainless steel interior and the print free exterior. this dishwasher will clean a load of dishes for a family of 5 and cleans and dries the dishes spotlessly. best dishwasher I've ever owned.

Small but impressive

We needed an 18" dishwasher to conserve kitchen space, and there were not too many choices. We are very happy with this dishwasher. It fits big plates on the right side and smaller plates on the left and up front. It holds an impressive amount of dishes for it's small size. It runs very quiet and dishes are dry if you use a drying agent.

We prefer the silverware holder to be in the front instead of the back, but we'll get used to that. I'm not sure we are getting the best use of it because we cannot get a full copy of the owners manual because of a faulty website.

Does not stay clean

This does not have proper disposal drain. It has a mesh filter and it keeps quite a bit of gross stuff inside the dishwasher. I have to run it with cleaner and wipe it down at least once a week to keep it clean.
