Great, but why change a good thing?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My older Whirlpool had a top shelf with 3 rows for glasses and coffee mugs. The new model has 2 rows that fit the glasses & mugs and a middle row that doesn’t fit much. Also, on the bottom area there is a larger area for something larger. If you have a very small dish washer I assume you wash large items by hand. And, you can’t just pull the top rack out without pulling the bottom one out since the door doesn’t stay down unless the bottom rack is out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently traveled out of the country and saw a Miele which has the silverware and cutlery tray at the very top of the dishwasher--all open; easy to load and unload--holds cooking utensils no matter the height and width. This unit is quiet. Can't figure out how to turn off the light on the front of the unit. Must red light always be on?

Cleans well and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to downsize with new kitchen cabinets. I'll need to run more often which is fine. It was easy to install but took maybe 3.5 hours with new Cabinets. I'm not thrilled with the silverware basket design. The lower rack doesn't accept large plates very well. It needs to be adjustable.
