[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed with the delivery. Not installed, they just dropped it off. Didn’t even put the electrical parts on. Something to do with the way my water connection did not have a separate shutoff from the sink waterline. Works ok once my plumber installed (and charged me). The lights blink while running, normal or heavy or whichever is chosen. The lower rack is not dish friendly. I chose this one because I only had 23.5 inch opening and I am thankful that it fit, it works and is quiet. I had a much better Whirlpool DW that I recently purchased at my last condo. I wish I could have that model but is 24-inch wide.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frustrated

I have had this dishwasher for 3 months and because of our kitchen cabinets and flooring it was really the only optional available. I am frustrated with this unit every single day. It is quiet and the outside looks good. However, the rack design in absolutely terrible and you can not fit a lot in the dishwasher so I am usually stuck waiting for 2 cycles to finish off a family load of dishes. I don't appreciate having to wash dishes if I purchased a dishwasher but I have tried to be creative and there is no fix for the poor design. If there were ANY other unit available to fit my kitchen I would have replaced this is a heartbeat and gladly taken a sledgehammer to this unit! Please do not buy this particular model unless you are single and don't cook. I have another whirlpool at another property and it rocks. I wanted that exact same one but could not fit it in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] High price for poor design. Engineer who designed needs to come up with something much better. For disabled person, it’s too flimsy and does not have capacity or space to hold much beyond 3 people setting - (if you’re lucky).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased had it for 2 weeks, it’s very quiet and washes clean and spotless. When using heat dry function it leaves moisture in dishwasher which l don’t like. Otherwise looks great in kitchen
