[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for a little over a week. It will not turn on half the time and water pours out the lower left side of the door if it does turn on. We have hardwood floors in the kitchen. We haven’t been able to use it. When I called to try and exchange it I was told that it is only warranted to return/ exchange for 30 days and in an unused condition How can you tell if it works if you don’t try to turn it on? They will be sending a technician out to look at it but no one immediately. So disappointed. I have no confidence in this product. We have alway had whirlpool products with complete satisfaction. We also just moved and replaced all the appliances with whirlpool products. We have been handwashing all of our dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't like this dishwasher at all!! We cannot get our casserole dishes, pots and pans in the trays. The tines that hold the items are not user friendly. A 9x12 casserole has to lay in the top tray leaving no room for much else. The bottom tray catches on seal around the inside. EVERY night we have half the dishes washing and a sink full of dishes that still need to be washed. If I wash by hand we wasted money on a dishwasher. If we run two loads we waste water and are doing dishes all day and night. Don't waste your money on this product!

We manufacture several different models with various features and accessory designs in trying to provide dishwashers that not only meet increasing government restrictions on energy usage but will be versatile in meeting the needs of most users while still providing the best performance in the industry. We are sorry if some operating characteristic or feature is unsatisfactory, and we apologize for any inconvenience this concern may have caused you.
Top rack does not go all the way in to close door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good quality machine that does a great job. The design of the racks seems to leave it with a bit less capacity than we expected… maybe it’s a learning curve?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans very well and is quiet. The only issue is the design of the baskets. It’s very difficult to load the dishes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy with the way the set up of the racks to hold the dishes is done. I'm finding that my previous Whirlpool diswasher was easier to open and load and open and put another dish in and shut the door again and I didn't have to push a pause/start button it just automatically started up on the same cycle again. The bottom rack is easily taken off its track and I have to adjust it so it goes back in. The inside of the dishwaher with the Heat button on for drying leaves the walls wet even after it has completed the cycle and is finished. I have the jet dry liquid put into the correct opening dispenser and the light is off for "Add Rinse Aid" but it still leaves the stainless steal with wet streaks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much quieter than the dishwasher it replaced. We're still trying to learn efficient loading, but the videos sent by Whirlpool should help with that - thank you!
