Leaks water from bottom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got dryer a few days ago, and after every load there are puddles of water on the floor under the front of the machine. For a machine this expensive, I would expect the engineers had figured this out before sending it out.

Great dryer! Doesn’t destroy my clothes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in August of 2019, and have been happy with it ever since. I bought it solely because of what it DOESN’T do to your clothes, and that’s burn them with hot air until they fall apart. This dryer literally sucks the moisture wetness from your clothes, and empties the water it has taken from my clothes, down the same drain my washer empties in to. It takes a bit longer to dry my clothes, but who cares when you know it’s not destroying your clothes. It has plenty of features and choices when drying your clothes, and has enough programs to get what you need, done. It’s not a “smart” dryer, but I honestly don’t see the need for it. The ONLY thing I wish it could do was a steam refresh cycle if you wanted to get the wrinkles out of some wrinkly clothes. But, that isn’t a reason not to buy it. So, if you’re looking for a dryer with lots of drying programs, one that doesn’t destroy your clothes, AND BEST OF ALL, doesn’t use a lot of electricity; then this is a great dryer to buy. I can’t see myself owning any other kind of dryer at this point, hybrid heat pump is the way to go!!

This dryer does a poor job of drying clothes.

I bought this dryer less than a year ago hoping that it would use less energy and be effective in drying clothes and towel. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I expected more from Whirlpool being that they've been around for a long time and are leaders in innovation in design. This is very disappointing. Apparently, the warranty period is very short for this appliance? I invested a considerable amount of money only to have to buy a different dryer.

THE DRYER THAT DIESNT DRY
on March 19, 2023

If I could give this piece of junk a negative score, I would! This dryer has to be babysat until clothes are dry. I run the cycle three four times a load, and when I restart it runny for a few minutes and quits. Junk is too kind a word. I am going to throw the thing in front of my house with a sign ssying RUN FROM WHIRLPOOL. I can’t wait to talk about this jink in my public speeches on quality and customer service. Whirlpool is destined to go down in flames manufacturing this level of garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this large and easy to use dryer a month or so ago and we’re very happy! The dryer accommodates lots of laundry, it’s quiet and it doesn’t need a vent! Love it and very happy.

Amazing technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just build a new laundry room closet upstairs and I needed to get a stackable unit in order for it to work. But I also did not want to run a vent out the roof or through the attic. So I did some research and came up with. Heat pump dryer system. Where they are ventless and able to perform their job. So I decided to do some research and found out that this dryer is the biggest heat pump, stackable, dryer in the market. So I gave it a shot since I oh Whirlpool before these for almost 20 years. And I have to say that I'm very happy with him and the investment, even though they're very expensive.
