The kits are solid, and a great way to get started if you are new to homebrewing. This is my second kit, as I wished to brew more than one recipe at a time. All in all, I am pleased with the product and look forward to trying my hand at more complex beer recipes soon!

It's easy to set up and brew. I have a co2 system and when it's ready to carbonate I can taste or drink it in about 24 hours. Yummm.

Bewitched Amber Ale has been brewed and bottled. Will be tasting the finished product over the weekend after 2 weeks of bottle conditioning. Only issue I had was that the yeast that came with the kit fizzled out and never took off so I used a packet of Safeale 05 that I had in the fridge for making a sweet mead. You owe me a packet of yeast Mr. Beer. :)
