This was my first kit that started me on my way to a new and addictive hobby. I now have 6 LBKs in rotation. The Bewitched Amber Ale Hopped Malt Extract came out very good with a balanced hop/malt with a pronounced caramel flavor. It's a favorite among my friends and family. I have progressed to partial mash recipes and now Liquid Malt Extracts with an hour long hop schedule boil. I am about to attempt a primary and secondary fermentation using the LBKs on hand.
